Heather Coleman has more than 20 years of experience in high-impact, intersectional leadership and power building across climate initiatives, climate justice, clean energy transformation, and community revitalization. Until August 2024, she served as Senior Director of the Environment Program at Wallace Global Fund where she seeded innovative climate strategies and economic transformation initiatives. Heather served as a founding funder of Working Power and provided early stage capital to finance the construction and operations of community-owned clean energy projects.
