Kim supports all aspects of financial closings, customer engagement, asset management for WP/UI’s solar and C-PACE portfolio, and ensuring seamless integration of project policy, and technical and financial requirements. Kim has supported project development, closings, and all aspects of asset management to the DC PACE program. Before joining UI, Kimberly worked in community banking for 12 years, recently as a Branch Manager at Mainstreet Bank, where she was responsible for the overall effective operations of the DC branch, providing superior customer service, and business development. Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Federal Program Management from Trinity Washington University and earned her Bachelor's degree from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania. Currently, she is a mentor for the youth within her church community in the Washington DC area Ward 7.
